All orders are sent via Australia Post and are trackable. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have any concerns with your delivery point, we suggest taking a signature on your order.

AUSTRALIA POST SHIPPING – Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and your reference number details. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

For those located in or around Australia’s Gold Coast, free local pick-up of purchased items is allowed at our Office in Terranora, NSW. Please message us via our Facebook page to arrange a pick-up time and for the address.

Please Note:

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days once payment is received. Please allow 7-12 working days for your item(s) to arrive within Australia (some remote areas may take longer).  We use regular post satchels and boxes.

Items are inspected by us before dispatch. Once an item has been sent, Songlines Art, Culture, Education will no longer be responsible for goods shipped. If you require insurance, please send us an email upon purchasing.

Please make sure your shipping address details are up to date when ordering. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping. We do not refund for items lost in the mail. If you are experiencing problems, please follow up with Australia Post to lodge an enquiry.
