Common Questions

Early Years (30mins) – $500 up to 40 participants

Single Session (1 hr) – $800 – up to 150 participants

Half-day (up to 3 workshops) – $3400 – up to 200 participants

Full-day (up to 5 programs) – $6600 – up to 300 participants

An invoice will be emailed to you within 24hrs hours of workshop booking or comfirmed date.

You will have the option of paying via bank transfer or via online card payment through your invoice.

Purchase orders are accepted. 

 

You’ll receive immediate confirmation via email. Our team will then follow up to confirm logistics, learning goals, and any preparation requirements.

Travel fees may apply depending on location.

All workshops outside the Northern Rivers NSW – South East QLD area may incurr travel fees. 

These will be on your invoice if applied. 

Workshops are delivered by trained facilitators working with Songlines Art, Culture, Education. All facilitators align with our cultural integrity framework and professional standards.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. To ensure fairness to both schools and facilitators, the following terms apply:

Rescheduling
  • More than 14 days prior to workshop date:
    Rescheduling is available at no additional cost, subject to facilitator availability.

  • 7–14 days prior:
    One complimentary reschedule is permitted. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee.

  • Less than 7 days prior:
    Rescheduling may incur a 25% fee to cover facilitator allocation and preparation time.

  • More than 14 days prior:
    Full refund or credit available.

  • 7–14 days prior:
    50% cancellation fee applies.

  • Less than 7 days prior:
    100% of booking fee applies, as facilitator time has been reserved and preparation completed.

In the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will always work with you in good faith to reschedule wherever possible.

For regional bookings impacted by severe weather or travel disruption, alternative arrangements will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
